First, I do a little of the work. Before we ever talk, I will write replies to two of your real reviews so you can see what it looks like. They are yours to post whether we work together or not.
Then we sit down. Thirty minutes, in person or on the phone. No slideshow and nothing to buy. I ask how people find you today and where it is falling through.
Then you get a game plan. A few days later you have it in writing. What I would fix first, what it would cost, and one thing you can do yourself tonight for free.
Then, if you want it handled, I handle it. We agree on the price before any work starts.

Do you need my passwords?
No. You add me as a manager on your Google profile and as an admin on your Facebook Page, and you can remove me any time. The accounts stay yours.
Will anything go up without me seeing it?
No. Posts wait for your yes. Review replies follow the tone you approved, and you can see every one.
Who actually writes the replies?
I do. I use modern tools to draft quickly, and I read every word before it goes anywhere. If it does not sound like you, it does not go up.
What does it cost?
It depends on the kind of business and how much you want handled. You will have a price in writing before any work starts, and it does not change on you.
Am I locked in?
We start with 90 days so the work has time to show. After that it is month to month.
